Festival with visiting authors, bookbinding, and children's events that first hung up it's shingle in 2009. A small informal affair in a village setting in South Downs Country Park.
The Festival aims to be an intimate, informal celebration of literature in the rural community and a chance to share the enjoyment of village amenities with an interested audience from across the region.
Throughout the weekend there will be a selection of talks and performances, some of which will be attractive to children as well as adults.

The Festival is primarily taking place in and around the parish church in the centre of the village. This a fine and distinctive knapped flint building, one of the early works of Sir George Gilbert Scott.
