What? A series of literary events that runs each year throughout the month of September. The Festival is hosted in a variety of venues around the Borough, including the BAC theatre on Lavender Hill and the famous, Battersea Power Station. Organised by the Clapham Junction Town Centre Partnership (Wandsworth Borough Council) and Waterstones, the SW11 Literary Festival is a highlight of the year in Battersea.
Meet well known authors and discover new ones, at book signings and readings all over SW11. Visitors are invited to attend workshops, to sharpen their own writing talent, there are children's author events, foodie events, poetry, plus a popular literary quiz and a recipe competition.
