The inaugural Cirencester Children's Literary Festival was held in 2013 organised by Octavia's Book shop in conjunction with Gloucestershire Library Service and the Bingham Library Trust. It is back for a third time in 2015 which is fantastic. The affair has added a couple of adult events in the evenings. Come 206 it has been rebranded as CIRENCESTER BOOK WEEK.
The Festival has its own Facebook page CirencesterLitFest and Twitter feed @CirenLitFest and will be sending out regular updates.

Tickets? Tickets for each event are just £2 and evening events are available £5 and can be bought at Octavia's Bookshop and Cirencester Bingham Library. All the proceeds are going to the Bingham Library Trust to support their charity work in the Community.

About the Festival Organisers
The Bingham Library Trust funds newspapers and periodicals for the library and provides for the promotion of education and appreciation of art, including music, in Cirencester.
Octavia’s Bookshop opened in 2011 by Octavia Karavla. Since then the shop was runner up in the Telegraph’s Best Small Shops in Britain Awards in 2012 and in 2013 was named the Best Children’s
Independent Bookshop in The Bookseller Industry Awards. Octavia also won the Cirencester Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year award in 2013.
Cirencester Library is one of the county’s main libraries open 44 hours per week and offering the full range of library services for adults and children alike. We have 11,000 books plus over 10,000 e-books and e-audiobooks, free access to computers, wi-fi, and weekly activities for children.
