2016 sees the return of Borderlines Carlisle Book Festival to this ancient Cumbrian city for a third outing. A festival for readers and writers, with talks, poetry and workshops held in 4 venues in the city centre, including the Cathedral.
The event is run by four partners, the Bookends Bookshop, Cumbria Library, Carlisle Cathedral and the Tullie House Museum
