Considering that this was only your second year, I think that is truly remarkable and the festival can only go from strength to strength. Thanks for the warm welcome and for a wonderfully run event. I would come back like a shot."

Stephen Booth - "I just want to say a big 'thank you' to you, and all the staff and volunteers, for the work you put in to organising the crime fiction panel at the festival on Saturday. It seemed to be a great success, and I certainly enjoyed myself! Congratulations on a great event."

Natasha Cooper - "Thank you for all your brilliant organisation at the Festival. You and your colleagues did an amazing job and I enjoyed the whole experience."

Carol Drinkwater - "Thank you for the welcome, for the fabulous reception Scarborough gave me and for the kindness shown to me by everyone. I felt quite high when I left."

Denise Mina - "Thank you so much for having me at the festival. I had a lovely time. Both the organisation and the audiences were delightful. I can't say enough about the enthusiasm and kindness of the people who were working there and was especially pleased to be introduced to everyone working there, not just the prefects!"
