‘SCRIBE’ - Middlewich Literary FestivalAn inaugural Literary Festival in the heart of Cheshire took place in 2014. Middlewich is a town with an heritage in the salt industry and a journey from prehistoric, through Roman and Norman times to the present day. A fitting location for a literary gathering indeed.
The new Middlewich Vision ‘SCRIBE’ Middlewich Literary Festival 2015 is a one week event that is taking place from the 12th until the 17th October. Created and organised by a team of volunteers, the festival is a week long celebration of all things books, writing and creative expression which features talented local authors and artists, talks, workshops and some distinguished guests including singer and author Miles Hunt from the Wonderstuff. People can find out more via the website http://www.scribefest.org/ or use #ScribeFest on Twitter and find us on Facebook.
