Howth Midsummer Literary Arts Festival The Howth Midsummer Literary Arts Festival is held in the Lutyens Library in Howth Castle in Outer Dublin. This event was new to the festival calendar in 2015 and aims to offer a unique cultural experience in the beautiful grounds of Howth Castle. The programme offered three distinctive strands; Literary, Cultural Heritage and a Children’s Programme.
