The inaugural event for this British Overseas Territory in 2013 brought together around eighty world-class speakers who took part in talks, discussions and debates on a variety of topics ranging from children’s books to crime writing, history and cuisine.
When? The next festival will be held between 20th-23rd October, 2016

Where? The headquarters of the Festival will be based in the Garrison Library, which will also house the Festival Green Room. The Library’s Ballroom has apparently been refurbished - lovely bit of material no doubt.

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula at the entrance of the Mediterranean. It has an area of 6.8 square kilometres and a northern border with Andalusia, Spain. Population of less than 30,000. Good ocean views apparently.
