CHAPTER AND VERSE LITERATURE FESTIVAL AT THE BLUECOAT
What? In 2009 The second Chapter and Verse Festival commemorated 100 years of the birth of one of the region’s most famous poets and novelists, Malcolm Lowry. Talks will focus on the inspirations behind his writing; from his birthplace in Merseyside, to his experiences in Mexico, New York, and the Isle of Man.
