Unputdownable is a themed celebration of the creative word. They hold events throughout the year and culminate in a nine-day festival each October. It is a not-for-profit venture, currently unfunded by any public money, but grateful for the support of local firms and the people of Bristol. It is brought to you by a group of volunteers including writers, publishers, book fans, editors and the faith-based, inner city charity LoveBristol. Between them, they cover the Bristol Short Story Prize, Bristol Review of Books, Tangent Books, Past & Present Press,Word of Mouth, fiction and non-fiction authors and workshop leaders.
