Black Isle Words (the Festival formerly known as Cromarty Book) typically includes nationally or internationally respected writers, local talent and keen readers.
The core venue is the Cromarty Centre, which is ideal for small workshops, readings and ceilidhs where participants can meet and exchange ideas. Other venues are the East Church, Cromarty and The Anderson, Fortrose.
