I was born in East Yorkshire (which is a fabulous place) and still live there with my husband Simon and our Jack Russell Charlie. I recently gave up a full time office job to concentrate on my writing and have very proudly released my debut novel ‘Skyecliffe’ on Kindle through Amazon. When I’m not writing I love to spend time with my two young nephews or work in my vegetable garden. I can also be found taking long walks in the country with Charlie or working on my latest crochet project.

SKYECLIFFE - debut novel
1897-Dashing William Brown falls passionately in love with Maria, the beautiful wife of a wealthy business associate. He tries to win both her heart and body but a gift she receives from her husband puts William’s quest in jeopardy and turns his feelings to jealousy and grief.
1986 – Emily, a thirty something librarian leads an ordinary life but the death of her beloved Aunt turns her world upside down and she inherits her glorious North Yorkshire estate Skyecliffe, a much loved home and holder of many cherished childhood memories. When a letter arrives from someone she believed to be dead she is catapulted into a voyage of discovery to Northern Spain which ultimately leads her back to Skyecliffe. There she begins to unravel long kept family secrets, hidden places and a past she never knew existed but which could change the course of her life forever.

I am a brand new author but I passionately believe that ‘Skyecliffe’ will have huge appeal to a large audience. I am currently working hard to publicise my book and to find an agent willing to take a chance on me. It is well known how difficult it is to make the breakthrough to being published but I am determined to make it happen somehow. I have already received 100% positive reviews and would love to be given the chance to promote Skyecliffe as widely as possible. I am in the process of writing a sequel.
