What? GOLD coincides with the official launch of the Cultural Olympiad and provides an alternative platform for the very best of London and the UK’s arts scene at Shoreditch Town Hall. GOLD 08 will be programmed with creative, intelligent entertainment and feature the most interesting and talented performers from the worlds of literature, art, poetry, music, theatre, cabaret and comedy. It will bring the format and fun of a weekend festival in the country to London with more than 50 hours of programmed entertainment across six stages.
