QMF Inc. invites individuals or groups to apply for 2011 initiative, the QMF Perpetual Scholarship.CLICK HERE FOR FULL APPLICANT INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILSThe applicants must reside in the regions of Geelong, Barwon South West and Bellarine Peninsula. The festival has funding available for a grant or grants up to $10,000. The grant will be for a one off activity which must be completed in the coming year.
